One thing I love most about being a writer/editor for Sweat Equity Magazine is that I have the opportunity to work with some of the most inspiring men and women in the field. How To: Bend the knees and cross your right ankle over your left thigh. Pressing the hips back, as in Utkatasana, reach your arms forward and draw your torso towards your front thigh. Find balance and breathe.
