Chair Yoga
Tuesdays 12:30-1:00pm​
Chair Yoga is a modified form of yoga that is done while seated on a chair or using a chair for support. It is a gentle and accessible form of yoga suitable for a wide range of people of all ages and abilities. Chair Yoga can improve flexibility, strength, and balance, while reducing stress and promoting relaxation. Classes begin with a seated warm-up, followed by a series of common yoga postures performed with the aid of a chair.
