CHAIR YOGA
Tuesdays 10:30-11:0am
Using the stability of a chair, we explore strength, flexibility, and balance in a way that feels both safe and empowering.This is not passive stretching. We build muscular support around the joints, improve posture, enhance breath mechanics, and challenge coordination — all in a way that supports healthy aging.

I never thought I could enjoy yoga with my limited mobility, but these classes have helped to improve my balance and flexibility safely. I leave every class feeling more relaxed and confident. Thank you, Chair Yoga!
