Sunset Sundays

group meditation + inspired discussion

🌅✨ Join us for Sunset Sunday, a bi-weekly meditation gathering dedicated to nurturing peace, mindfulness, and community connection. Experience the power of meditation in a welcoming environment, against the backdrop of the setting sun.


Drop-in anonymously and leave quietly when you wish, or stay and share your experience with the group. It's up to you! Beginners: Welcome! This is a space to dip your toes in and explore the practice at your own pace. 

Advanced yogis: Thank you for joining us and enriching our collective experience. Welcome!

📖 Proposed Class Structure:

7:15 PM - 7:30 PM: Arrival and settling in

7:30 PM - 7:35 PM: Reading presented for contemplation

7:35 PM - 7:50PM: Silent sitting (~15 minutes)

7:55 PM - ~8:10 PM: Optional discussion and sharing (~10 minutes)

Note: This is a space where coffee, tea, fuzzy pajamas, and pets are encouraged. 

My has really improved greatly since I started with Eryn's Yoga. Not only do I have more strength and better balance, but I'm so much calmer now, too!
