Learn deep breathing techniques to calm your mind and postures that soothe and restore. G’Nite Yoga is a gentle floor-based practice suitable for all levels of ability. We finish with a guided relaxation.
Tip: Dress down in PJs and have a blanket and pillow nearby. This class is the ultimate relaxation remedy.
