Strong n' Calm

Saturdays 10:30-11:15am

​Strong & Calm embodies my personal approach to the physical aspect of yoga: combine focused physical strengthening with a calm yogi's mind. We begin by warming up the body with Sun Salutations before moving into more dynamic strengthening poses. Participants can expect to build core strength before transitioning into a brief relaxation to bring balance back into the body, leaving you feeling confident, refreshed and ready to take on the weekend!
