Eryn’s Yoga offers live online classes, private sessions, and guided programs designed to help you feel stronger, more flexible, and more balanced—right from home in Ottawa or anywhere in Canada. New students can enjoy one free week of unlimited live online classes (including video replays) to explore different sessions and find the ones that suit them best.

Q: Do I need prior yoga experience to join?
 

Beginners are welcome. Classes are guided step by step with clear cues, options, and props so you can practice confidently—even if you’ve never done yoga before.

Starting is simple! You can join a live online class right from home—no experience or special equipment required beyond a yoga mat and a chair if needed. To make it even easier, I offer one free week of classes so you can try different sessions and find the ones that fit you best. Whether you’re looking to improve strength, balance, or joint comfort, you’ll get full guidance and support from day one.

Q: Are there classes for people over 55?
Yes. Working with adults 55+ is the core focus of Eryn’s Yoga, as most of my students are 55 and over. This has been my passion and my niche for more than 20 years. Classes are designed to help you stay strong, steady, and flexible, supporting ease of movement and confidence. Each class targets key muscles, balance, and mobility to help students feel confident, comfortable and capable every day.

Q: What are the benefits of yoga as we age?

Where do I begin! Yoga helps us stay strong, flexible, and steady at any age. It strengthens muscles that support balance, loosens stiff joints, improves posture, and enhances mobility. Practising regularly makes daily activities easier and favourite hobbies or past-times more enjoyable. It reduces the risk of falls, supports mental focus, improves sleep, and boosts overall energy. In short, yoga helps you move more comfortably, stay independent, and maintain an active, confident lifestyle.

Location & Online Access

​Q: Are classes online or in person?

Unless otherwise specified, all classes are live and online via Zoom. You can join from home in Ottawa or anywhere in Canada and still receive real-time guidance and support. Monthly memberships also include unlimited access to hundreds of replay videos at your viewing convenience.
