Sean Corn Spinal Twist

Getting into the Spinal Twist:

Move to a seated position with your knees bent, feet flat on the floor. Tent your right fingertips behind you and hook your left elbow against the outer right knee. Press your thumb and index finger together in Jnana Mudra, an expression of inner wisdom.

Set the intention to remember that we are not our bodies, not the way we look, or the money that we make but that we are LOVE, we are TRUTH.

Sukhasana (Seated Cross-Legged)

Finish the sequence sitting in a cross-legged position, hands together in Anjali Mudra (Prayer Pose).

Close in gratitude for all of the things that make you, YOU--the relationships you have, the food you eat, the air you breathe. Ask to never take a single thing for granted and ask for the self-confidence to show up in a way that will enable you to contribute to a world that is fair, free, peaceful, and loving for all.
