Bliss 4 Hips

Bliss for Hips is exactly how it sounds . . . a welcomed reprieve from the week's stress and a brilliant antidote to too much sitting. This fluid and accessible flow will increase the strength, flexibility, mobility, and stability of the hip musculature while strengthening the glutes and core. We'll begin the class with some gentle stretches before moving into standing postures to build heat throughout the body in preparation for deeper stretching. Class will stimulate the tissues around the hips and low back. We'll close this luxuriously mellow class with a guided relaxation that will soothe your nervous system and quiet your mind.
