Bliss 4 Hips
Yoga bliss for hips is just that . . . a welcomed reprieve from the week's stress and a brilliant antidote to too much sitting! Tight hips are known to contribute to lower back strain and pain. This fluid and easy flow will bring ease to the lower back and hips, while strengthening your glutes (the buttocks muscles) and core to support your newly created strength and flexibility. Props will be used to support deeper stretching and each class will close with a guided relaxation.
