One of Yoga's most redeeming traits is its ability to use the body to align body, mind, and spirit. Yoga Flow does this especially well, by linking each breath with a corresponding movement. In this class, we will stretch and strengthen from the inside out.
Postures move seamlessly from one to the next to generate an experience of "moving meditation." We will close with a final relaxation to emphasize a calm nervous system and to integrate the benefits of the practice. Participants are encouraged to take a break whenever needed—or desired—to optimize feelings of enjoyment! Open to all students with some yoga experience.
