As of August 7th, students can use their class package, membership, or drop-in to attend.

Strong & Calm embodies my personal approach to the physical aspect of yoga: Build a strong and healthy body to enhance our enjoyment of a calm and worry-free mind. Stoke the fire of motivation by awakening your core, connect with your inner warrior by holding standing postures for longer, and nurture the stability and poise of an ancient yogi through the stillness required to balance. Then seal the practice with a well-deserved final relaxation. 

All classes are online through the zoom platform. Once you've purchased a pass or package, you will be added to a mailing list that provides your weekly meeting ID and password.
