Slow Stretch
Slow Stretch emphasizes self-care, with a calm and centered approach to gently toning the body while emphasizing a full-body stretch. The pace of the class lets students tune into their own unique experience and explore using props to modify poses or alternatives to promote a safe and mindful practice. Slow Stretch will help you unwind from a long day, reconnect with your breath, and restore your whole being in a luxuriously stretchy way.
