Slow Flow
Mondays 10:30am-11:30am
Flow refers to a style of yoga practice that synchronizes breath with a seamless connection of yoga poses. Students enjoy the opportunity to stretch and strengthen the body while focusing on alignment and breath. The slower pace allows time to explore the fundamentals and ensure proper form without sacrificing the energizing benefit that is the hallmark of this style of class. All levels of students are welcome to participate in this "meditation in action."
