Learn breathing techniques to calm the mind and postures to soothe an achy body. G’nite Yoga is a gentle floor-based practice suitable for all levels of ability. Class will include “Legs-up-the-Wall” pose and close with a guided relaxation. 

Tip: Dress down in PJs and have a blanket and pillow nearby. This class is the ultimate relaxation remedy. Suitable for all levels of ability.
