Slow Flow 2 is a continuation of Slow Flow 1—with just a little bit more . . . oomph. Expect a fluid sequence of postures, holding each pose for about 5 breaths. Slow Flow 2 will explore more standing postures to build strength and stamina in the legs and core. Enjoy the space between the postures, with fewer transitions than a typical vinyasa style of practice. Enjoy mindful movement from one asana (yoga pose) to the next.
