Virtual doors open 30 minutes before class starts. Please feel free to login early and chat freely with fellow students.

 

Classes are set to begin 3-5 minutes before we practice. Three minutes of collective silence will help to set the stage for the introspective experience to come.

The virtual 'studio doors' will be locked 5 minutes before class begins. If you know that you'll be cutting it close, consider logging in early and then hopping online when you can. Once class begins, I won't be able to allow access.

I email registered students a new password of the week each Sunday for security reasons. If for some reason you haven't received that email, please be sure to reach out! Check your Junk mail and Spam folders, too, just in case.

Live class recordings are available on request and can be accessed for up to 1 week following the date the class was recorded. After one week, the link will expire.

​

Refunds for class purchases are not available, except when an instructor edits the class or workshop date.  Please email me regarding class extensions or exchanges. 

Classes missed in an 8-week session can be made up by attending another class anytime within that 8-week session. If the student registers for the next session, those classes can be carried over for another 8 weeks. 

 

Class packages and memberships cannot be shared among or transferred to friends, family, dogs, etcetera.

**Monthly Unlimited Memberships**

Memberships run successively and cannot be put on hold without using a membership "pause."

​

A membership "pause" is a grace period that allows students to place unlimited memberships on hold for a pre-determined period of time. 

​

Students may take 3 membership pauses per year.
