Hatha Flow Fridays 10:30-11:30am

Hatha Yoga Flow will guide you through a fluid sequence of postures, holding each pose for about 5 breaths. We will explore standing poses to build strength and stamina, seated postures for enhancing flexibility, supine asanas to wind down, and a final relaxation to end. This class will welcome you into the weekend, calm, confident, and energized. Suitable for all levels of ability. 

All classes are online through the Zoom platform. Once you've purchased your membership, I'll add you to the weekly mailing list for your password and meeting ID.
