Gentle Yoga

Date: June 16–August 4th will be the last class of a pre-registered session.

As of August 11th, students can use a monthly membership or drop-in to attend.

Learn tips for calming the mind, breathing techniques, and yoga postures to dissolve tension. Gentle Yoga is a slower-paced yoga class that integrates core strength. Most of the class is floor-based, with balance postures and some seated stretching.

Suitable for all levels of ability. 

All classes are online through the zoom platform. Once you've purchased a pass or package, you will be added to a mailing list that provides your weekly meeting ID and password.  Need a hand setting up? Please e-mail me. I'm happy to assist!
