Yoga for Stress

Inspired Living Radiance Yoga

We all experience stressful situations, but the way we manage them depends on our current level of energy. For example, if someone gently taps your hand, no pain is felt. But, if someone gently taps a bruise, pain is felt. The same is true of stress. If we are constantly carrying unmanaged stress, life’s small taps, even the loving ones, feel like a burden. And that creates even more stress.

The practice of yoga offers techniques and life approaches to experience our lives (the good and the challenging)  with more stability and ease of mind and body and that reduces our bruises (physical and mental) and increase our natural radiance.

In this Inspired Living Radiance workshop, you will learn a gentle and effective yoga sequence (postures) to release tension and increase energy and you will learn a breathing and meditation technique to calm and clear the mind.
