Chair Yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support, often using adaptations of Hatha Yoga poses. It is an ideal way to ensure that anyone of any level of health and physical ability can enjoy the mind–body benefits of yoga. As with any yoga class, you will improve your flexibility, concentration, and balance while increasing your strength, range of motion, and self-confidence. Eryn is a specialized yoga teacher with over 12 years of experience modifying and adapting the practice for students of all abilities.
Curiosity is just as good a reason as any to try out this unique and all-inclusive specialized 6-week session of Chair Yoga.
