Bliss 4 Hips
Thursdays 7:45-8:30pm
Bliss 4 Hips is designed to melt tension in the hips, hamstrings, and lower back; build strength in the gluteals and core; and increase length in these and more. Participants will increase their range of motion using yoga sequences that target these areas, thereby improving posture, balance, and movement efficiency. Students of all levels are welcome to join this class.
