As of August 5th students can use their class package, membership, or drop-in to attend.

Bliss for Hips yoga eases the tension caused by too much sitting, including tight hips and back pain. This fluid and accessible class will increase the strength, flexibility, mobility, and stability of the hips while strengthening your glutes.


Enjoy a final relaxation that will soothe your nervous system and quiet the mind. 

All classes are offered online through the zoom platform. If you need assistance setting up, please email me. I'm happy to help! Once you've registered, you will receive your meeting ID and password.
