A Short & Sweet Midday Treat!


All Levels

In this class, we will synchronize breath with movement for a full-body flow that will refresh your mind and body for the rest of the day. We will begin by warming up the hips, shoulders, and spine in preparation for a foundation of slow Sun Salutations with integrated core strengthening. You can expect to build stamina with a mellow sequence of standing postures, reclined spinal twists, and a final relaxation to close. Holding each posture for longer and moving slowly between postures place the emphasis on 


Thursdays: 4:30 pm-5:15 pm

Location: Barrhaven United Church
Cost: $95 for 8-week session (taxes included)
Note: There will be no class on November 21 or Dec 26
