A Short & Sweet Midday Treat!
In this class, we will synchronize breath with movement for a full-body flow that will refresh your mind and body for the rest of the day. We will begin by warming up the hips, shoulders, and spine in preparation for a foundation of slow Sun Salutations with integrated core strengthening. You can expect to build stamina with a mellow sequence of standing postures, reclined spinal twists, and a final relaxation to close.
