I am a full-time writer and yoga teacher living in Ottawa, Ontario. I offer alignment-based classes that emphasize postural balance and precision, not only as a means to receive the most benefit from the practice, but also to guide students towards ever-deepening self-awareness. I believe that the holistic practice of yoga, alongside meditation, offers the solution to daily challenges.

Fairly early into my teaching career, I was gifted with the opportunity to work for and mentor under best-selling author, dedicated yoga practitioner, and orthopaedic surgeon, Ray Long. This period of three years solidified my passion for the anatomy of yoga and established a foundation of study for years to come. All of his books are available for purchase at BandhaYoga.com, as well as on Amazon. I worked with yoga anatomist, author, and Ashtanga Yoga practitioners David Keil and Gregor Maehle on book projects shortly thereafter. 


I have been writing from the time I was 10 and now publish articles in yoga, health, and wellness magazines internationally, in addition to working on Book #2.  There is nothing I love more than talking about, writing about, and otherwise sharing on the topic of YOGA.
